Mike Tuzee - Founder

With three decades of incentive, rewards and conference experience under his belt, Mike started his event management career whilst living in South Africa but now calls Australia home. With a pedigree in managing conference and incentive programs for clients in the automotive, pharmaceutical, carpeting and retail sectors, it's not surprising that Impact has grown from its birth in 2000 to a highly trusted organisation. These days, when Mike isn't strategising, planning or advising, he sits on several client advisory boards such as Fairmont/Raffles/Swissotel and Marriott Hotels & Resorts. He also steals away to the game reserves of southern Africa whenever possible.

Anne Gray - Senior Account Manager

Need to get the job done? Ask Anne. For 25 years she's been making magic happen with corporate conferences and incentive reward programs for blue chip clients in the financial, retail, automotive and IT industries. Anne has organised hundreds of events around the globe from intimate gatherings to large conferences and has spent her varied career working in Sydney, Melbourne and Shanghai. Anne joined Impact in 2010 and brings a wealth of experience and drive which motivates her daily to create high quality, memorable events that exceed her client's expectations. She is 100% dedicated to delivering flawless events for her clients. Every time.

Kevin Foley - Operations Manager

Kevin's passion is travel. He spent the first part of his career working at the Sigma Company in sales, marketing and purchasing before being bitten by the travel bug and travelling extensively throughout Europe. On returning to Australia he trained as a travel consultant, and worked in several travel agencies for a number of years. He continued his progression by moving into travel wholesaling for 13 years enabling him to learn another side of the industry. Kevin joined Impact in 2008 and has since found his niche as Operations Manager. His strong attention to detail, operational excellence and broad travel knowledge makes him an integral part of the Impact team. He finds his avid interest in photography and food mixes well with travel and he doesn't intend to stop exploring anytime soon.

Rebecca Sullivan - Account Manager

Rebecca is a seasoned events professional with 11 years industry experience. Vivacious and adaptable, she's a fabulous asset to the Impact team and our clients. She has recently moved into the role of Account Manager having gained experience as an Event Coordinator and developing a reputation for excellence. Rebecca's astute attention to detail and dedication to impeccable client outcomes sets her apart in the industry. A quick learner, Rebecca is also adept at balancing multiple priorities, a skill that's only enhanced by her other role as a mum of two.

Hayden Blucher - Business Development Executive

Hayden is a bright addition to the Impact team with his enthusiasm and strong client management skills. A keen world traveller since childhood, Hayden's interest in the travel sector dates back to family holidays to the US, Hawaii and Fiji and has only grown since. With a Bachelor of Tourism Management, Hayden ventured from New Zealand to London for a 2-year working stint as Concierge at the prestigious Marriott Hotel Park Lane. Absorbing valuable skills at the Marriott, Hayden was also able to indulge his wanderlust with regular European holidays. An adventurous spirit and sports obsession has seen Hayden travel to some of the world's top sporting events. Hayden now brings his travel and events passion to work, coordinating a variety of accounts and marketing initiatives for Impact.
